Data collection statement

When you request a demo, we collect what you enter in the form: your first and last name, work email, company name, organization type, and whether you would like news from us.

We also note the page you sent the request from and the time you sent it.

We use your details to reply to your request, set up a demo, and understand whether FluxCap fits your team.

If you ask for news, we send you occasional emails about our products, services, and events. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any of those emails.

To keep automated requests out, we check how your browser sends the form, and we count requests from your network address for one hour so no one can send too many. We do not store the address with your request.

Your request is stored in our customer relationship manager, Twenty, and emailed to our team through Resend. The site runs on Vercel. Each handles your details for us and for no other purpose.

We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else for their own use.

We keep your details for as long as we are in touch about FluxCap, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Email hello@fluxcap.com and we will reply within 30 days.
