Level the playing field. Raise the bar.
We believe a case should be decided by its merits, not by the size of the team behind it. So we built the technology to make that true.

Our mission
Build the infrastructure for justice.
Our vision
Justice for all.
What we believe
- [01]
Merit should decide the case.
Being outnumbered shouldn’t mean being outmatched.
- [02]
Better beats faster.
Speed is table stakes. Better legal reasoning is what changes outcomes.
- [03]
Lawyers should get to lawyer.
Strategy and judgment are why people join this profession. That’s where their time should go.
What we saw
Our only regrets were the cases we couldn’t bring.
At the Justice Department, we developed, litigated, and won historic cases in tech, healthcare, housing, media, agriculture and financial services. Enforcing the laws that keep markets contestable is good for people and good for business. It holds the most powerful players accountable. But the hardest part of the job wasn’t the law. It was bringing more resources and better infrastructure to great lawyers. For plaintiffs of all stripes, complex litigation demands enormous resources, leaving an untenable choice: which meritorious cases to leave behind. Lawyers representing governments, companies of all sizes, and working people face these constraints every day.
The choice
We built what we wish we’d had: force multipliers for lawyers taking on the cases that matter.
We didn’t need another tool to manage documents. We needed technology that could expand what a legal team could take on, from developing strategies to building stronger arguments and pursuing the evidence to back them up. With FluxCap, the next generation of exceptional lawyers won’t have to choose which meritorious cases to leave behind.
How we build
The lawyers that shaped the law. The engineers redefining legal technology.
Our founders led the Justice Department’s antitrust work and shaped how the law applies to the modern economy. Our engineers built zero-to-one systems at Palantir, where trust and traceability were not optional. We build side by side, from the ground up. Experts from leading universities verify and deepen the expertise in every domain.
The Antitrust Braintrust.
