There is little now to tell you that the once great American Empire will fall, much like rome fell. It is not that the romans did not see it coming, but that they could not stop the fall. Like the setting of the sun our day has passed. A new empire will arise, some say United Europe, others say Pan Asia.
We can feel homesick for a simpler time when we were great. Much like the Modern Italians can dream of the former glory of rome, but we cannot remake what once was because the past is past, or is it? Perhaps with time travel we can rekindle the long forgotten flame of a dying empire.
